Upon being cast this incantation removes all effects of it's level and below from the target. Dispel Magic effect is immediate, just like that of combat and healing spells. When casting off every effect from target, with mana expense that is shown in a table, the character also loses one quarter part of mana, needed to cast the effect that being cast off. Successful application of this incantation decreases duration of incantations of temporary effect for 10 minutes.
