Types of chats and types of messages
- Common (Say) chat: Chat World. To send a message in the general chat, type the text in the game client and press enter, or select 1 Say (Ctrl+1) in the chat window and press Enter.
- Private (Whisp) chat: chat between two characters, invisible to others. To send a private message, type the character's nickname and text ([nickname]: text) in the game client and press Ctrl+Enter, or select 2 Whisp (Ctrl+2) in the chat window and press Enter.
- Group (Group) chat: chat between group members. To send a message to the group, type the text in the game client and press Shift+Enter, or select 3 Group (Ctrl+3) in the chat window and press Enter.
- Clan chat: chat between clan members. To send a message to the clan, type the text in the game client and press right Alt+Ctrl+Enter, or select 4 Clan (Ctrl+4) in the chat window and press Enter.
- Alliance (Ally) chat: chat between alliance members. To send a message to the alliance, type the text in the game client and press left Alt+Enter, or select 5 Ally (Ctrl+5) in the chat window and press Enter.
- Trade chat: chat for trade messages and messages about paid services. To send a trade message or a message about a paid service, type the text in the game client and press Alt+Shift+Enter, or select 6 Trade (Ctrl+6) in the chat window and press Enter.
- Paid (Gra) messages. Messages are visible to all characters in the game, regardless of the game location. The cost of a message is 5 platinum. There are items in the game that allow sending these specified messages for free. Command to send a message both from the game client and the chat window: \gra "message".

1. In all types of chats, the following are prohibited:
1.1. Insults (intentional humiliation of the honor and dignity) of administrators and their representatives, expressed in any form. Administrators' representatives include helpers, moderators, head moderators, judges, and head judges (provided that they do not have administrator status).
1.2. Discussion of the actions of administrators and their representatives (on the subject of actions committed as representatives of the administration), expressed in any form. To challenge their actions, use the petitions functionality.
1.3. Destructive criticism towards the administration and the project (including, but not limited to, statements capable of causing negative consequences for the gameplay of both individual players and groups of players). In case of disagreement with the actions or decisions of the administration, use the petitions functionality or send a personal message to the administrators on the forum.
1.4. Spreading links to third-party game projects, as well as links that directly or indirectly harm the game. Moderators are not obliged to check the links, but they can do so.
1.5. Threat to privacy is a threat to the health, life and well-being of players in real life in any form if there is a real and objective opportunity to fear.
1.6. Trading characters/account transfers. Actions aimed at selling/buying/trading characters are prohibited..
1.7. Selling in-game valuables for non-in-game money, services, as well as exchanging in-game valuables for non-in-game money, services. Buying, selling, exchanging non-in-game valuables and providing non-in-game services are also punishable. Such trading is allowed only for authorized dealers within their competencies.
1.8. Antisocial behavior (i.e., incitement of interethnic, interracial, interreligious, or other kinds of discord based on various social/physiological aspects, promotion of violence, drug addiction, pedophilia, and similar behaviors aimed at inciting hatred and aggression across different aspects of social life, as well as pronounced hatred and hostility towards the overwhelming majority of Players). This may extend to clan and alliance chat in extreme cases (at the discretion of moderators or chief moderators) since the heads and leaders of clans/alliances are responsible for the people they have admitted.
1.9. Organizing agreed-upon PvP battles with a predetermined outcome in the realms of religious, clan, alliance, and tournament battles, as well as calls to conduct such battles.
1.10. Insulting relatives - direct or indirect insults towards the relatives (including individuals considered relatives) of players, as well as mentioning relatives in messages implying sexual or interspecies actions, vulgarity, indecency, or negative statements of any kind towards relatives, whether actual or assumed.
1.11. Using mults to violate rules. The use of mults (secondary/additional characters) to breach chat rules is prohibited. In the event that a mult (secondary/additional character) is found to have violated chat rules, the primary character will also face increased penalties, as well as all mults belonging to the respective player.

2. In addition to section 1, general chat is prohibited:
2.1. Flooding with messages/symbols, which means sending repetitive/homogeneous messages in the general chat more than once every twenty seconds. Sequential use of eleven or more identical symbols/smilies and/or a homogeneous group of symbols/smilies, as well as the use of different symbols/smilies with the intention of cluttering (without carrying a separate emotional/meaningful/ideological/implicitly understandable load for the majority of players) the chat in one or more messages.
2.2. Trade, meaning messages containing offers to buy, sell, or exchange (allowed in paid GRA messages), including messages aimed at establishing the price/quality of a game item and/or advertising a product, store, etc.
2.3. Obscene/profane language - the use of profanity in any form, directed at someone or not. It includes (but is not limited to) swear words, slang, including prison slang. It also includes veiled words and expressions, including those in which one or more letters are replaced by dots, spaces, and other special characters, as well as abbreviated or otherwise altered from traditional spelling, but still concealing the original obscene word/expression, as well as the same words that do not have any alternative semantic value in the context of the message/messages.
2.4. Insulting players/families of players, expressed in the form of rude (socially widespread, emotionally sharp) verbal methods, including those directed against third parties. Not every insult used against a player (which is understood as such by them) is subject to punishment due to a certain understanding, assumption, and limitation of the degree of "rudeness", as well as direct or indirect insulting of relatives (including people considered as relatives) of players, and mentioning relatives in messages implying sexual, inter-species actions, vulgarity, obscenity, negative expressions in any form towards relatives, both existing and presumed real.
2.5. Creating an uncomfortable environment in the chat, which means hindering comfortable communication in the chat, as well as provoking the creation of conflict situations in the chat, including the use of game functionality, obscene language, and/or use of words and expressions that have a derogatory nature, sexual harassment, discussion and advertising of narcotic substances, discussion of sexual preferences, pedophilia, or other socially condemned forms of deviation. The use of veiled expressions that may have double meanings and can be regarded as vulgar or inappropriate, including in foreign languages, will be considered as gross violation of order in the chat.
2.6. Public calls/discussions/statements about leaving the game will be considered by moderators as a request for a self-imposed ban.
2.7. Distorting the nicknames of current Players with an obvious offensive subtext in any form, directed and written in the general chat, as well as using similar word creation and word formation for naming their pets or for pseudonyms for visible communication in the general chat.

3. In addition to section 1, trade chat is prohibited:
3.1. Non-trading messages, i.e. messages that are not offers to buy, sell, or exchange or do not contain information about the provision of game services, writing messages consisting solely of emoticons, images of items, except for messages from game dealers, traders, and pastors and/or messages aimed at requesting price/game item/currency information or additional information about game items/currency.
3.2. Insults towards players (in accordance with paragraph 4 of Section 2 of these rules).

3.4. Inappropriate trade messages, i.e. trade messages that are not justified by trade expediency (although they do not violate these rules) about buying/selling/exchanging or about providing services.
3.5. Mixed messages, i.e. messages consisting of both trade messages and non-trade messages. Messages containing slogans, invitations, and attention-drawing to the trading item are not considered mixed messages.
3.6. Flooding with symbols, meaning the consecutive use of eleven or more identical symbols/emojis and/or a homogeneous group of symbols/emojis, as well as the use of different symbols/emojis with the aim of cluttering (without carrying significant emotional/semantic load) the chat in one or several messages.

4. In addition to section 1,in private, group,
clan and alliance chats are not prohibited.
Moderators are not required to impose silence on a character for violating any of these rules in private chats. If you are being bothered by unwanted or unpleasant communication, use the "ignore" function (to use it, right-click on the character's nickname in the chat window or in the player list and select the "ignore" command).
Clan leaders and advisors have the ability to impose silence on a specific clan member. The exception is asocial behavior of a character in an alliance and/or clan. In extreme cases (recurrent or most severe manifestations of such behavior), moderators may, with the consent of the head moderator, impose silence within the limits of permissible time boundaries.
Messages contained in the autoresponder and character information are moderated in accordance with section 2 of these rules (exception: trading messages are allowed).

5. In addition to section 1,in private chat
Administrators, Moderators, Main Moderators, Judges, Main Judges, Helpers prohibited:
5.1. Obscene/offensive language.
5.2. Insulting the administrator, moderator, head moderator, judge, or helper as a representative of the administration. In this case, it is the duty of the moderators and head moderators to distinguish insults directed against a representative of the administration as a player, and insults directed against a representative of the administration because of the performance of their function entrusted by the administration.
5.3. Flooding in private chat with the purpose of interfering with work. In this case, flooding is construed as any interference with the work of the moderation staff, at the discretion of the moderators. Helpers have the right to file a complaint with the moderator citing the appropriate reason for consideration.

Final provisions
6.1. Players have the right to find out which moderators are currently on duty using the chat command \duty_list.
6.2. All representatives of the administration are obliged to comply with these rules.
6.3. Dealers are representatives of the administration in fact, but in these chat rules, they are considered ordinary players. Special conditions of these chat rules do not apply to them.
6.4. Abuse of the support service and the work of moderators is prohibited.
6.5. Moderators and helpers are prohibited from communicating by imposing silence.
6.6. Moderators have the right to impose silence on a player at their own request for a period of 12 to 24 hours. Early activation of chat is not allowed.
6.7. The use of offensive, obscene nicknames for characters or pets is prohibited. Pretending to be active players or their familiars using similar sounding or written nicknames is prohibited.
6.8. In extreme cases, moderators have the right to block players' chat, send them to labor camps or prisons, imposing sanctions within their current powers and the nature of the violations (provocation of rule violations, and the like).
6.9. In case of abuse of the complaint functionality (submitting multiple complaints, flooding with complaints, intentional chat clutter with messages that do not contain violations), moderators may impose silence on a player.
6.10. A warning as a reaction of moderators should be considered as a measure of influence aimed at preventing further aggravation and development of an unfavorable (in the opinion of the moderator) situation and preventing rule violations.
6.11. These rules may be changed and supplemented at the discretion of the administration.
